Technical Support & Consulting

After design school, but before launching this business, I spent a lot of years doing technical support, helpdesk and administrative work. Need help putting together a PowerPoint presentation or getting rid of spyware? Do you want to learn Photoshop? I can help. My primary focus will always be to make you feel comfortable and hopefully to help you learn! Most services can be done remotely, which means that if you have a DSL or cable internet connection, then I can get onto your PC or Mac (with your permission of course!) and walk you through a lesson or fix a problem. If you really need someone in person (Chicago area only), it’s the same rate – including all travel time. The list below is just a starting point of the services I can offer – go ahead and fill out the form and ask! If I can help, I’ll let you know, if I can’t, I’ll be honest about it!

What I teach – basic to intermediate. Lessons can include customized “how to” documentation as well so you can practice on  your own. (There is a PDF example of a lesson linked below.)
